Architectural Reviews

If you are considering an improvement or modification to your property, please submit an Architectural Review from to confirm it meets neighborhood standards and covenants.

Please note that installation prior to proper approval will subject the homeowner to penalties and/or fines.

STEPS:

  1. Complete Architectural Review Form to include, design sketches, pictures, renderings, etc.

  2. Submit form and additional information to Main Street Management

  3. The property manager will compile all information and present the request to the board.

  4. The board and management company will review the request and covenants and respond in a timely to the requestor via email.
