Hi Neighbors! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and are looking forward to a great 2025!
- Annual Meeting was held Thursday, January 23rd @ 7pm at the WWN Clubhouse. This meeting included the approval of the budget and voting to fill 3 board positions that are up for re-election. The terms are 2 year terms and will include all of 2025 and 2026. The current board members: Jason Reisigl, Angela Sanders, and Ethan Bullard were reelected.
- HOA Dues - The HOA dues will remain the same for 2025 and will be billed $155 per quarter. We have several accounts with outstanding balances, so please get those dues payments in as soon as possible. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements or have any billing questions, please contact Main Street Management @ 704-255-1266 or Michele@mainstreetmanagers.com
- Michele Wilson - We have been assigned a new community manager with Main Street Management. Her name is Michele Wilson and she can be reached @ 704-255-1266 or michele@mainstreetmanagers.com Please note there is only 1 “L” in her first name.
- 2025 Pool Project has begun! We are excited to start the new year with the resurfacing project at the pool. You will be seeing a lot of activity with the initial tear out of the pool tile, fiberglass, and some concrete pool decking. There will be dumpsters at the clubhouse that are NOT to be used by any neighbors. We will pay based on weight and the dumpster that will be collecting the concrete can’t have any other debris inside the dumpster. DO NOT use these dumpsters for personal use. You will also see a port-a-john near the dumpster for the construction crew as the pool house has been winterized. This project will be ongoing as the temperatures will have to warm up prior to the finishing of the pool. For anyone renting the clubhouse, the dumpster will be on the playground side and they will not be working on the weekends.
- New Pool Management Company - We are excited to announce that we have signed with a new Pool Management company for the 2025 Pool season: Queen City Aquatics. We are thrilled and hopeful that this partnership will be a great one for our WWN Neighbors. Our pool will remain a “Swim at your own risk” pool without lifeguards. The pool will be open 7am - 9pm 7 days per week beginning May 10th through September 30th.
- Our CMPD Police contact Ofc. Tropeano came to the meeting. He reported that WWN has some of the best statistics in the district putting us at the top of the list as one of the safest neighborhoods in this area. He is helping us work on one active situation. He reminded us if we see something we should say something. Call 911 if you have any concerns.
