Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the rental are charged the full rental fee. (Exceptions are at the discretion of the Board)
If the rental is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the Renter receives a full refund.
Reservations may be requested up to one year in advance. Reservations above one year are at board discretion.
Rental for multiple or recurring events is at board discretion.
