  • To secure rental date - All rental fees and paperwork must be received by MSM

  • Incidental Fee is fully refundable if the post rental check-out list is completed appropriately and no damage is found. Damages will be assessed and the renter will be notified of further financial responsibility.

  • Rental Instructions (access, cleaning, etc.) are emailed 2-3 days prior to rental date. The Clubhouse Manager will also call prior to the rental date.
