About The Board
Our association is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of neighbors who volunteer to run the association. NO compensation is ever received for their time.
Our board members agree to a 2 year term when volunteering.
Each year the Board members vote on the role of President.
Responsibilities:
Interpretion and enforcement of the documented by-laws, covenants, conditions, restrictions (CCRs), rules and regulations.
Maintaining amenities and commonly owned property (i.e., entrances, pool, clubhouse, etc.)
To seek and receive council from professionals such as the HOA property management company, attorneys, insurance agents and any professional services such as HVAC, pool management, landscaping, etc. when making decisions regarding the common spaces and amenities.
As you continue to enjoy your time in the neighborhood, we encourage all neighbors to join the board. Please consider running during our Annual HOA meeting.
