Click the “Submit” button and enter your email address click “Submit” again
You will receive an email request to confirm your email address. Click that link
You will receive an email with your completed form where you open and save as PDF.

These requirements are part of the rental contract you signed. The Incidental Fee Policy and Post Rental Cleanup (pg. 2 of contract) were initialed indicating your awareness of responsibility
Post Rental Cleanup must take place IMMEDIATELY following your event. ALL rentals end at 12:00 am. The renter must clean and vacate premises by 1:00 am.
Anyone not completing the Post Rental Cleanup will be charged accordingly which is deducted from the incidental fee
Anyone leaving behind items thinking you will cleanup and retrieve the following day will be charged an additional days rent on top of any incidental charges for failure to complete the cleanup list. Cleanup must happen the day of your event.
Rules and Regulations:
Below is an abbreviated version of the Rental Agreement Rules and Regulations singed by the Renter. See your contract for the detailed version.
The facility address is 8925 Babbitt Way, Charlotte, NC 28216.
NO charging admission, NO selling food or drink for private rentals.
Per City Fire Code - Maximum occupancy 90 people.
The Renter MUST be always present during rental.
NO vehicles permitted on the patio area. Park only in the adjacent paved lot.
CharMeck Noise Ordinance - takes effect at 10:00 pm.
Rentals end at 12:00 am. The facility must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00 am. Any exception requires HOA board approval.
Damages – Renter assumes FULL responsibility and can lose renting privileges.
The Board reserves the right to restrict access at any time.
NO pets allowed in the clubhouse. Certified service animals are an exception.
Decorations CANNOT be nailed, tacked, stapled, or taped to any painted surfaces.
CMPD charges $50 fee for false alarms. Balloons set off the alarm.
THIS IS A SMOKE AND VAPE FREE FACILITY
Any violation of these rules can result in the forfeiture of part or all the incidental fees. This is in addition to any other remedy available to the Association, including the filing of a lien for any costs or damages suffered by the Association.
